| Can't quite recall why the vehicles ended up parked like that. Brakes? | I do recall the problems the crew had, starting the camper. . . | Ed Greenhalsh (centre) rigged this travelling chair to the tower's top platform. | I carefully examined the fastenings before trusting my life to that thing. . . |

(Left) At the top, I had to
step across thin air between chair and platform. It took them a
while to persuade me. On the left is Ed Greenhalsh, head of antennas
department (Right) Looking up from the 250m platform to the next level, Jason (Ed Greenhalsh's son) is rigging a Band 3 TV panel. |

| Then it was up, up and away! I took this photo from the chair, as you can see since I'm clearly outside the structure. | |||

Although his name seems to be on the
tip of my tongue, I can't recall the name of this aerial engineer.
He appears to be one of the team that tackled the job of stripping the old feeder cable and replacing it with new, more modern materials. |
| Looking down the outside of the tower, I took this shot of one of the riggers installing a Band 3 panel. | Jason, concentrating on his work, seems to belong up here in the sky. | ||
